ARG wins major contract to supply Korea Telecom

Cirencester, UK - This year's IBC will see the launch of the Inverse Multiplexer MKII which transmits video over several low cost Telcos. The quality of the transmission is maintained by adding Reed Solomon Error Correction and up to 64 ms of differential line delay.

The deal comes as part of a multi-million pound venture to rebuild the infrastructure for media transmission over the Korea Telecom network.

Korea Telecom is the largest telco provider in Korea and has grown immensely from a nationwide telephone service provider to the top Korean company for wired and wireless communication since its establishment more than 25 years ago.

Sales and Marketing Director, John Battiloro says, "We at A.R.G are delighted to be supplying our Media Combiners into such a huge project. They have chosen a product of reliability and adaptability that will fit easily within their new infrastructure."
