Customer Support
A.R.G is committed to the provision of comprehensive technical support for its customers and the users of its equipment. Equipment is designed and manufactured to ISO 9001:2000 Standards and the Company has a policy to support its products throughout their specified lifetime.
A.R.G offers comprehensive return to base maintenance programmes which cover the design life of the company’s products. These 'whole life' product support plans include: servicing, calibration and upgrades where appropriate ensuring that equipment stays at peak performance.
Calibration
All A.R.G test equipment can be re-calibrated to original specifications and in compliance with the general requirements of ISO10012. For certain types of test equipment A.R.G can provide a loan unit to allow customers to maintain continuity of service.
Servicing & Upgrade
A.R.G pursue a policy of continuous product improvements. Where appropriate, equipment returned for servicing may be upgraded to ensure that equipment stays at peak performance. Information on latest firmware and software releases may be obtained from the Customer Support Helpdesk.
Repairs
Every A.R.G unit comes with a comprehensive return to base warranty. In addition A.R.G undertake repairs to all products within their specified lifetime. Our comprehensive component stock policy ensures that units can be returned to service with the minimum of delay.
