Extended Warranty

Extended return to base warranties are available on all A.R.G products, up to a maximum of 5 years. These cover all labour, parts and software upgrade costs. Please contact us to find out more.

We also operate a Customer Support Helpdesk, which is the entry point for all our client service requests. This Helpdesk is contactable by telephone, fax and e-mail. Outside normal working hours a voicemail system operates, and our Quality Standards provide for a response to customers within one working day.
